Eden Hotel & Spa Cannes

Brand-new property with an abundant breakfast. We had a perfectly pleasant stay thanks to attentive staff.

Unbelievable location, reasonably large property, cozy beds. Our room was not only gorgeous, but also unique.

the location was absolutely lovely and the view was absolutely superb, the service was excellent. the staff was courteous and helped with getting around the city. bed was amazing, room was surprisingly big & well heated. the hotel was reasonably clean and the tidy beach set near the property. swimming pool was lovely too.

The rooms with minibar fridge, sea view over the tops of the buildings plus view to open spaces. The reception was efficient with accommodating staff. Brilliant location, a short walk to Chapelle Bellini. Great experience there.

Its rooms and location were outstanding, and for us everything was wonderful. The casual restaurant and nice bar, we loved them...

The breakfast was large and the staff were more than helpful, the bed was comfy. Located near the own beach.

I had just perfect days staying at this antique hotel. I was happy to have a spacious and the staff were exceptionally wonderful. Perfect location, walking distance to croisette beach plage. I slept so comfy in the large bed. The service was absolutely GREAT.

Handy location, fine bed, cool staff. Very very good breakfast to start the day, affordable food. Rooms were well decorated and nicely decorated with an amazing bathroom. The hotel was near the nice beach😀

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Stayed here before, truly enjoyed rooms and staff.

The location was VERY GOOD, with Mister Pizza nearby. Located in 35 minutes' drive to the airport. We would definitely go again, when we stay in Cannes. There was a pool to enjoy.

Our room was cozy and overlooked the sea. The broad balcony was large;)))
